Basically, HLC is made by a bunch of teens, therefore we try to solve teen issues. 

In HLC, you can:
• Make new friends 
• Share your thoughts and feelings about anything particular
• Get advice and counseling 
• Get reviews about your works
• Take part in activities and contests 

We support LGBT, because love has no boundaries. 
We follow the principle of our motto, that is, to share happiness.  
We support aspiring writers. 
We take reading requests too!
Also, we support other clubs, groups and organizations and would like to work with them too!
