Should I update?

@gwen_ludovicerublica TBH, I had no idea what I was getting into when I first applied. HAHA. I had no one to ask questions to about being a CCA. All I thought was to apply and when you get hired you just sit infront of the monitor and type or whatever. But when I got hired, there are actually diff types of jobs and accounts you can get assigned into. When I applied I was screened for two interviews though, initial and final and after that was the training part. Have you worked in the BPO industry before or atm?

@gwen_ludovicerublica It really depends though. I think the main role a CCA is would be the service you're giving to your customers or whoever you're helping or whatever position you are in. It's the service we give out itself.

I've been working as a customer service rep since way back so we consider ourselves the frontline when handling consumers. ya know, we get to be the first ones to know what the problem is with the service or product or any feedback the customers are giving and when we have that, numbers show and monitoring starts or whatever the people do at the back does and it goes up to the bosses. It may sound boring but that's a lotta work, the pressure and stuff I mean when you're in the front line. But it's fun and really invigorating sometimes.lol.
