if you couldn’t tell my ex made an account with his whole ass name so i knew it was him,, found my brand new twitter,, followed me,, unfollowed me,, and then i had a nervous fucking breakdown because memories of all the trauma and abuse he put me through for a little over 2 years of my life  came flooding back after a good 6 months of blocking that part of my life off and create new memories with people who actually treat me good

if you get blocked on all platforms by your ex,, don’t make new accounts just to stalk them, follow them, and then unfollow them,, it’s fucking scary and potentially triggering
