One of ur punishments in ur book should include icey hot. Like if she cusses, drinks(alcohol), sneaking out, stuff like that. Apply icey hot(1st), spanking(2nd), lastly another round of  icey hot. But if u think that to extreme, maybe just add a lot of icey hot(without allowing her to rub).... Just an idea........
