hello, i know i haven’t been on this account in a good while but i felt the need to come back and make something clear. 
          
          i openly accept and encourage people taking inspiration from my book(s) and using them to create their own works, i love being tagged in and reading them! however, to blatantly copy my plot, my paragraphs, even littler details about characters that simply cannot be coincidental, is downright shameful. it should go without saying, but since there are obviously people who don’t understand: do not plagiarise!!!
          
          to claim that you’ve “taken inspiration” from my book, then literally copy the plot, the characters’ storylines, and even some of the dialogue, is NOT just taking inspiration! there are plenty of great examples that come from taking inspiration, including @wzshaw ’s continuation of my idea “harry’s favourite jumper” (which is incredible, please do read it). there absolutely are ways to credit somebody properly and be respectful towards other authors.
          
          that being said; no, i have not left the sidemen fandom. yes, i am considering continuing project 7, although it may not be done quickly.

HELL TEAH IM GIGGLING KICKING MY FEET N SHIT

project 7, chpt 12.
          
          simon measured his movements, keeping a close eye on the delicate collarbone beneath his grip. looking out for abnormalities, jumps and twitches, changes in harry he’d never wish to be the cause of. simon wasn’t sure he’d be able to hear a pin drop, because it felt as though time had stopped entirely.
          
          “…you’re shit at makeup,” he mumbled.
          
          harry’s eyebrows snapped together and his shirt wrinkled between simon’s talon fingers as he tried to wriggle away. the taller blond only held on firmer. harry wasn’t leaving and neither was simon. if only either of them could learn.
          
          “stay still, you idiot, i’m helping.”
          
          cool palms cradled cracked porcelain, as if willing the pieces together would fix it. harry’s freckled were hidden in the discolouration and his left temple had been painted navy. simon sighed with the weight of the world between his teeth, and he bit down on his bubbling lip. 
          
          “who did this?” he dared to ask, gliding the powdered brush along harry’s sharp cheekbone. harry frowned, equally colourful hands lifting to grab simon’s wrist and tug it away.
          
          “nobody, i fell.”
          
          “fell into a fist, more like. you’re a terrible liar.”

I found your work over on Ao3, but I am so glad I checked your account here too.
          Totally vibing with the whole aesthetic within the books, they look so beautiful! 
          The writing is phenomenal as well, obviously. I'm very, very excited to read more of your work in the future, keep at it!
