Since I can't comment on her page anymore I'll comment here. The reason for me calling her ungrateful and rude is because she's mad at people liking her story and posting comments such as 'please update'. And yea I get it, it can sometimes get annoying and frustrating but remember if you never had these readers your book would be nothing. She said and I quote 'stop saying please update its fucking frustrating'. She has no right to tell her readers who got her over 100 thousand reads to stop asking for another chapter for the book they LOVE so much. So to answer you question of how she is rude and ungrateful, there it is.
