Taehyung’s lips curve into something frightening. Something absolute. “Say the words,” he croons, the siren call of a devil’s song, coaxing with the sweet seduction of the world’s darkest hidden desires. “And it’s yours, darling.”
Relentless, terrifying devotion, Seokjin realizes. That’s the alien light in Taehyung’s eyes.
Jungkook grits his teeth, hard enough that he feels the satisfying pain of it lancing through his jaw.
“I want you,” he says, still soft, but low and dark and in a tenor that his brothers cannot recognize. Taehyung’s eyes are alight with reverence. “To climb upon that that throne.”
Jungkook’s eyes meet Taehyung, and there’s a vengeance shimmering in his eyes, the unspoken words hanging between them– I want you to make them pay.
Taehyung’s answering grin, savage and utterly, fervently devoted - ah, Namjoon thinks, they may very well ruin an entire world between their devotions - unfurls across his lips. “As you wish.” He presses his lips against the curve of Jungkook’s brow, an oath of allegiance.
Taehyung lifts Jungkook’s hand, then, to bring his knuckles to his lips with just as much darling faith. “I am going to make you queen.”
