Back in May, I spoke about life throwing curveballs my way and me having to bounce back, emotionally. Well, life threw another curveball my way a couple of weeks ago when my mother departed this world. So, I’m bouncing back again. Some days I’m okay. Other days, it’s really ugly. I’m trying to get back into the place of writing being an escape for me. Hopefully that comes soon.

Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I pray for your peace of mind and spirit, an abundance of support, and that your heart be buoyed by the love of your tribe. I haven't listened to all of the episodes yet but I'm going to over the holiday break. I miss writing about that man. He's my forever fave.

Life has thrown a ton of curveballs my way; some good and some that have been quite painful, but I'm persevering as much as possible and getting back to using writing as my outlet and creative space. My apologies for the hiatus. I hope everyone is doing well.
