DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS is an art that lilian matthews takes very seriously. why? because she matches people’s freak, and she’s really good at it. she’ll flirt if you do, she’ll crack jokes when the time is right— she’s really good at it, and she loves her job.
            
            DEALING WITH RUDE CUSTOMERS may be her favorite thing in the world. why? because edena fraiser trained her, and the owner gives no fucks about customer’s feelings if they were assholes first. hence why lilian, the sweetheart that she is, gets so happy when she can match energy. no one is prepared for it, and she’s excellent at returning the heat.
            
            DEALING WITH REGULARS is like a walk in the park. she makes their drinks, orders their food, and adapts to their style. if they want to talk to the bartender, she’s a chatty kathy. if they want to sit in silence, she’ll fuck right off and do her thing. it all depends, and that’s the best thing for everyone involved.
