[  skye rubbed at her temple now, realizing that this may in fact have been harder than she thought it would be.  ]    nobody’s life is truly meaningless, not even a human life, as fragile as we may be.    [  whether or not she ended up being human or not, she would keep that same thought—- humans were precious in their own right, no matter if anyone thought any different.  ]    i don’t think they would survive, but i would imagine them to have formed a bond of SOME kind with the child. 

I don't steal anything * she pointed out mildly * Baobhan Sith are hunters and killers, not child snatchers. Why would they worry about them? A human life is snuffed out so easily, they mean nothing to ones who can live forever. All the fair folk are cruel, you must never forgot that. Even those considered to be the kindest of us are still more ruthless than any human you would have ever crossed paths with. We get bored easily, and something must satisfy that. We turn on each other. How do you think a fragile, breakable human would survive?

[  the words baffled her, at least for a moment, before her fingers went to pinch the bridge of her nose.  ]    do you at least give them the training to survive on their own, or are you essentially just throwing them to the wolves? what could possibly be worse than SLAVES?

Ah, I try to keep most conversation a little less... intense. The last thing I want is to be scaring off all the lovely ladies. You all deserve far better treatment than that. * the complete truth there. he wasn't normally one for doom and gloom. but given how close she had been wandering towards the Mikaelson manor... well, it was probably a good time for such a talk *
