just wrote the most gut wrenching chapter about an alternate ending to a section of this book  i don't think it'll see the light of day but it was just something I had to explore before i could write the rest of the book, when we reach that section I might ask if anyone wants it released. but it is a tear jerker especially when you know the character so well! Lol but just know it's sitting in my google docs hehe so if i ever decide to end the book prematurely it will probably get used...

Which got him washing machine from Dunno which he celebrated with confidence that the other team couldn’t get one quicker. Which he was right in seeing as they got Whippet acting out seagull.
          
          He flapped around, stole pizza from boxes and ran, and pretended to screech as he did so. Unfortunately his team didn’t get the message.
          
          “Reidy!” Bacon offered which got a laugh from everyone but the named man who shoved him off the couch with his tongue stuck out like a child. 
          
          “Oi ya bastard it’s obviously a seagull! I don’t flap!” He defended himself.
          
          “Yeah but ya do screech and steal food mate!” Deano countered as everyone started cackling at his offence.

so I can announce that I've finally finished the first half of chapter nine before I've gotta go to work, hopefully the full thing will be completed by like the end of tomorrow? Or tomorrow morning depending on when work finishes. thanks to all the new readers by the way! Especially the active ones voting and commenting it reminds me there's actually people lol and not just my imagination. I might put my favourite part of the chapter on here honestly! We'll see.

just out chapter two through an ai detector thing to see what it said (no ai was used btw) and it's came out saying 60% human! Wanna know it's reasoning? I described too much and used names rather than 'he and she' it also thinks i shouldn't go 'she found it endearing' and just go 'she smiled' mate that sounds even more like ai??? So if anyone was in any doubts it is human written (i have the written sheets of planning to prove it) so moral of the story ai detectors are NOT always true. ALSO another thing, people who use ai to write their stories are lowkey cop outs like I understand using it for a quick grammar check but for plot lines ect.? its so inconsistent. like i'm quite enjoying the ways my characters are developing ect and the little small details that will make their way into their own storylines, i don;t want to make it bland like the detector thing said. it would just take the fun outta writing for me! and i genuinely do it cause i find it fun, i think at the end of the next chapter imma attach screen grabs of my planning ect for proof if its needed. cause it actually pmo that this detector thing thinks it can disprove my work. Also i literally wrote a dissertation last month and was around others doing the same, so i know all about folk using ai to cop out of actually writing. like it's such a waste and it destroys creativity and heart. honestly the heart of stories get lost when ai is used to make them. im so mad that the detector said that when I KNOW its wrong. so to my like three readers who are reading, be assured its not ai and its actually a very humble and overthinking me, who literally calculates every interaction between characters to mean something. would i come up with forgetting pro surfer roommate? NO? or the running creep jokes? NO! honestly i give up like its such an insult to my intellect to be called ai. and i was gonna say no offence to people who use it for writing but actually yeah offence! DO YA OWN WORK! and yes this is long bye x

Chapter three of 'Morning Sweetheart' tomorrow at 6am BST. I think I might try for a chapter a day until chapter five then once a week? Possibly on a Tuesday?
