@hearteyes4chris im so so sorry about the relapse hone, but please do not blame yourself!!, the road to recovery isn't always a clear path. relapses can happen, and through it all you have to be kind to yourself. shutting everyone out, only hurts you more. Im so proud of how far you've come and if you ever need someone to talk to my dms are ALWAYS open<3
