I began telling stories when I was a little girl. My younger sister and I shared a bedroom, and every night I'd lull her to sleep with fiction and non-fiction tales. Since then, all I've wanted to do is tell stories: some true and some factual. 

I'm working on a non-fiction young adult (and maybe older adult?) book about the death of my first boyfriend. I was 17 when he was killed in a car accident. My story is a true story about a teenage girl's journey through grief. It's a letter to another young woman who has more recently experienced something similar.

I hope to have the first chapter posted by the end of April.
