Jake readers: Good news. I found an old draft of the last chapter I planned on uploading but never did. I'm planning on finishing it and posting it for all of you because the story deserves a legitimate ending. I haven't written much else after discontinuing Jake which is unfortunate because I'm kind of alright at it with the right inspiration and motivation. Someone actually reading the story again gave me the motivation and what was already written in the draft gave me enough inspiration. So, please stay tuned for that, get excited, and hopefully you'll enjoy it when it comes out. Thanks, guys.

I've officially posted all eight chapters of a short story I've written called Youth, if anyone wants to read it. It kind of sucks at the beginning but the last three chapters are golden. I think it'll be worth your time.

Hey, guys! I finally uploaded a new chapter, so yeah. I hope you guys like it. I have some of the next part written already so who knows, you might actually get a new chapter soon instead of in 6 months!

Alright dudes, I recently started writing again and I think it's kind of safe to say, we could be getting a new chapter of Jake somewhat soon. I'm so sorry I've been neglecting this website, I was stuck with obnoxiously prolonged writers block and I was already feeling super guilty for not writing so I didn't want to make it worse. But I'm getting back on it, I swear!
          
          Let me just say, I'm still just going to be updating the story as-is, but once I finish it (whenever that may be) I'm probably going to change a lot of major things, but the general plot should be the same. So if you're THAT interested, maybe you should stay till the end of this journey and you can tell your grandchildren that you read the very first editions of that super famous book (in my dreams oops). But yeah. Um, so probably a new chapter somewhat soon-ish so hopefully some of you guys will enjoy it. :)

Jake is now officially a third-person story. It took SO LONG. Just glad I'm finally finished. I also edited some bits, made some stuff a little better. I'd suggest re-reading it if you have the time because there are a few slightly important things I've added.
          
          But now I can actually get onto writing more stuff instead of editing. You have no idea how excited I am. :)

Alright, I have an announcement. I made a slight, SLIGHT change in the story and that change is Sophia's age. The whole age thing was blocking a lot of stuff for me and my ideas, so I figured I'd just change it, since I'm able to. So, from now on, she's only a year younger than Jake.
          
          P.S. I've tried to correct ages and years in previous chapters, but there's a chance I may have missed some, so if you could do a quick readthrough for me to check for any, that would be amazing because I'm really busy attempting to write a new chapter of this AND my A.N.T. Farm fic. So if you could do that for me, I would really appreciate it. Please and thank you. :)
