My username is too long and you can't make a nickname for me out of it, so please call me Sylvistor. What should I call you guys?

In From Up on Poppy Hill, A studio ghibli film, Meru/Umi was raising two flags. 
          One meant, "You are standing in danger."
          The other meant, "I require medical assistance."
          Then Shun raised an answering/code pennant flag and raised the same flags Meru/Umi raised to answer her. 
          
          These are called signal flags.
