The mind and the heart is placed in different parts of our body. The brain is on top. There's this common filo saying, "The Brain is what comes first, because it is placed higher than that heart of yours." It had always seemed to make sense to me- until it didn't. The first time I protested against this saying. The time my heart screamed loud in silence- so loud that my mind could not think of anything but the feelings that came along the screams.
