Dear readers.... Assalamualaikum ^^
My name is Elsa, well yeah I'm a muslim though my names not sounds like it. Sometimes I would like to change it become Hana, Humaira, Aisha, Ruqaya or other names that when you first hearing it, you then directly recognize that I'm a muslim, that's IF I could.
But let's just skip that part. Other than names, there's another way to show that we *especially women* are a muslim, and that is by our Hijab/veil/scarf/or other word that could describes the way you cover all of your hairs and aurat to not be shown. Yes...., that's Hijab!
Hijab is a symbol of Muslimah, Allah has mentioned it in Al-Qur'an. Well, nowadays especially in my country that's been sad to being said, I lived in Indonesia where most of the people is a muslim but less of them understand, let alone trying to learn deeply about their religion... Islam.
I'm not saying that I'm a good person without having sins, I'm a sinner that only Allah knew how many mistakes that I've made. Everyday I asked Allah's forgiveness by saying Astagfirullah before get to sleep. It did surely make your sleep at peace. I asked Allah to guide me to the right path and gathered me to be around people who always remind me of Allah.
As we know Prophet Muhammad ever said that if we making friends to a man who sell the perfume, then the scents of the perfume will spread to us, and if we making friends to a man who wrought the iron, we get the sprinkling of fire. *well, please do forgive me for bad grammar and a little bit error translated, I'm not a native speaker :p but I hope you guys get the point*
I'm a silent reader.. but Insya Allah soon there will be a published story #Islam #Muslimah #Love
