          There are so many things I want to say to you, Char, and I think you already know most of them. Congratulations on making the shortlist. 🤍 The moment you told me, I screamed like a baby. I was shaking and crying because you know how excited I was for these awards and how much I was rooting for you.
          
          When the awards opened for entries, I immediately ran to you telling you, “You should enter! You should enter!” and you were so nervous about it. 😭 After having to withdraw myself, one of my biggest wishes was to see another amazing writer I believed in make it. And there you are. LOOK AT YOU, CHAR. YOU MADE IT. You deserve that spot so much, and I hope you know how proud you should be of yourself.
          
          These past few days, I’ve gotten to know you so much more, and trust me, I wish we’d become closer earlier. We’ve had each other on Wattpad for so long, but somehow it took all of this for us to really find each other. You’re an incredible writer, an incredible friend, and so much stronger than you give yourself credit for. Thank you for being there for me during some incredibly difficult days. I’m genuinely so grateful I got to know this side of you.
          
          Maybe the universe knew exactly what it was doing with the timing. 🤍 And hopefully, three months from now, I get to watch you walk away with that award. I’ll be shouting it from every rooftop. 😭

For anyone wondering how I update so fast, here’s basically my process 😭I’ll say it one more time as I said it before. 
          
          I’m lucky enough to have a lot of time to write, and I use speech to text. Half the time I’m pacing around my house narrating scenes and becoming my characters while my phone catches everything I’m saying. I went to a performing arts school, so acting out scenes, switching voices, and getting into different characters comes pretty naturally to me.
          
          Then I move over to my PC and clean up the grammar, punctuation, and whatever speech to text messed up.
          
          I also plan my books before I write them. Story architecture is probably one of my strongest skills, so I make a full story map, divide everything into acts and major plot points, and usually already know where the story is going. That makes writing MUCH faster because I’m not figuring everything out as I go.
          
          And yes, I still get writer’s block 😭 None of this creates ideas for me. It just makes getting them onto the page faster.
          
          Since I’ve had AI accusations before, I’ll say this too: I could easily show my process through voice recordings or my planning. I’ve been writing since I was around seven, so this is genuinely something I’ve been doing forever.
          
          And if any of you write and ever need advice with planning or story structure, I’d genuinely be happy to help. You can only carry so much of an entire book in your head. Mapping it out makes everything SO much easier. 🫶🏻

          I love love my girlfriend. I love my best friends Keke, Lisa, and Lucy, my ride or die since 2015. I love my girl Cici, and I love every single one of my readers. 
          
          Whether I’ve known you for years or met you here more recently, you’ve seen me at my best and my worst. You know who I truly am, and I know your hearts too. I’ll always stand up for the people I love and for myself, because I won’t let anybody make any of us feel small.
          
          All of you are some of the strongest, smartest girls I’ve ever met, and I admire the futures you’re building. To the one studying psychology, keep going, girl. You’re killing it. To the one studying to become a pharmacist, please keep going because plenty of us are going to need you 😭. To the one becoming a surgeon, go save lives, girl. People will place their lives in your hands, and I know they’ll be safe there. To the one studying to become a lawyer, please, please, please keep going. Go win those cases and hold the people who shouldn’t be out there accountable. Trust me, you know how to argue better than almost anyone I’ve ever met. That courtroom isn’t ready for you. And to the one who’s practically a mother to her siblings, you’re the best sister anyone could ask for. They’re so lucky to have you. There are so many more of you I know and admire, including my readers. You girls are special. You’re worth it, and I never want anybody convincing you that you’re a bad person, because you’re not. Thank you for existing in my life. I love all of you endlessly. 🤍

hey guys! I’ll be updating tomorrow. I had a minor inconvenience, so I wasn’t in the mood to write at all. I still managed to finish half of the chapter… though so I’ll complete it tomorrow and lock back in next week. Fingers crossed 😭 I’m sorry I abandoned Maia and Bea.

I’m enjoying Drowning in Her and your other stories. I know I’m not 100% caught in Drowning in Her, but I absolutely love the world you’re building. Idfk what happen with your last account, but I do know what’s it like trying to pick up the pieces of yourself after going through something terrible (tehe high school). Take as long as you need to write and I’ll be there to read. With feathers I only stop reading because I wanted to read acts 3 and 4 once they were completed, and a bit of life just getting to me. Also your stories end up as hyper fixations for me to the point I want to cosplay or drawn them :3

You know I love it, and I’ll stay loyal as long as you write for me to consume it. I love your characters, and your world, and your writing really means the world and makes me push to create mine. Thank you for being my inspiration.

Quick announcement because I already know this is going to become a running joke 😭
          
          Guys, I promise I do NOT romanticize cheating. I’ve never cheated in my life, but for some reason somebody in my books is always doing it. It’s just such an easy way to create betrayal, drama, and consequences, and somehow my characters keep taking advantage of that  😭
          
          Usually it’s not even the main couple. Unless we’re talking about the “Our” books coming soon. 
          
          At this point I might need to put a cheating warning on all my books before someone reads my whole universe and goes “girl. AGAIN?”
