Despite having posted an early update of Any Time at All to FanFiction, I've decided to hold off on posting to Wattpad. Instead, I intend to combine parts Three and Four whenever I manage to finish the latter. Just a note to those who follow me on both sites. Peace and love xoxo

Thanks for the follow!! ♥
@SmilingDiana No problem! I'm glad to hear that it interested you! However, I love Holden Caulfield! I'm devastated still about The Catcher in the Rye's association with John's death, because it is one of my favorite books of all time. Despite his shortcomings and relation to John's killer, I think Holden is an incredibly well-crafted character for his honest nature and just general insanity. I think he's a very honest interpretation of human nature and our flawed ways of thinking, and he really made me take a look at my own actions and inspired me to become more accountable for my judgmental ways. He hates just about everything, and I'm guilty of that myself very often despite preaching peace and love. I like characters who are real enough to be relatable but exaggerated enough to be almost cautionary. Altogether, I love the Catcher in the Rye and Holden Caulfield despite their ties to John's last day. Thanks so much for your message! I love talking about these sorts of things with others. You made my night! Peace and love xoxo
@heroesforghosts John is definitely difficult to characterize correctly, but you did an excellent job! Oh, it's fine! I'm eager to read some more whenever you get around to writing and sharing it! And it was my pleasure! I too love talking about literature and I hope I've shed some positive light on Holden Caulfield and the Catcher in the Rye on the whole! I'll be interested to know what you think after you've read it a second time. Thank you! I'm quite fond of my name nowadays, and I'm glad to know you like it as well! I can understand wanting a song of your own. I wish they'd sung a song called Diana as well just so you could have the pleasure of hearing John's lovely voice sing your name! I'm originally from Florida, but my family moved to West Virginia just a few years ago, and so that's where I'm currently living. You speak English remarkably well, so no worries! I'm very impressed. I can only speak one language!
@heroesforghosts Oh, Thank you so very much Anna. I'm glad you enjoyed reading my simple story. And I'm happy that I could make it easy for you to understand the Sri-Lankan culture a little bit, even if it is not much. The characterization of John is what scared me the most. I feared I would fail to characterize him propery, be it in his behaviour or in way of speaking that are quite unique. I'm so glad that you think it is spot on. Thank you. I just found out you have voted on my story. Thank you very much! All your kind words mean a lot to me. I know it is been a while since I updated. But I am trying to find a way to make the story move forward. As soon as I find out, I'll write the second part of Chapter Two. Thank you very much fo reading, liking, voting and commenting about my story. It's just a simple srtory, nothing much. But I feel I need to write it. Thank you so much for sharing your opinions about The Catcher in The Rye and Holden Caulfied. I love talking about litterature. I know I failed to grasp the complexity and the depth of the book and of the character. That's why I'd like to read it again. Hopefully, I will read it soon. Anna is a beautiful name. Earlier, when I heard it, I was reminded of Anna Karenina. Another masterpiece from Tolstoi about a beautiful and complex woman. Then, I heard the song "Anna". I initially heard the Beatles cover version before I foud out this song had actually been sung by Arthur Alexander. Having John Lennon singing to you is certainly a special thing. I wish the Beatles had sung a song called "Diana" ;-) The great Paul Anka has sung a song called "Diana" though. But it wouldhave been even better if it was the Beatles ;) Oh so you're from America. That's great. May I know in which part of America you are living, if you don't mind? As you see, English isn't my mother tongue and my English isn't perfect. I hope you don't mind. Please excuse me if I make any mistake in my English.
@SmilingDiana Hi Diana! You're very welcome! Thank you for being willing to discuss it with me! That's absolutely fine! No harm done. :) I do get how he can be difficult to understand. In fact, the first time I read the book I didn't like him so much apart from his comedic side. When I went back and reread it though, I found a new depth I missed the first time through. Sometimes it's difficult to separate a well-developed character from a whiny character, because the fact of the matter is that humans themselves are difficult and confusing. When I read the book from a more empathetic viewpoint, however, I found that Holden Caulfield is actually quite a fascinating character. He's unhappy and allows himself to get caught up in his flawed thinking, but if anything this makes him all the more lovable to me. Yes, Anna is my actual name! Thank you very much! I used to hate the name as a child, but when I started listening to the Beatles I learned to appreciate it. Something about having John Lennon singing to you can really make you love your name. I adore your story, If the Sun Has Faded Away! It's so insightful. You really embrace your culture and make it very easy to understand for someone like myself, who was born and raised in America. I've never even left this country, but I still don't feel confused when reading about a character from a different culture. Not to mention, you got John's character spot on! I can really picture him doing and saying everything in the story so far.
Hi dear, Thank you for the follow! It's my pleasure to have pu asmy follower and I'm glad to be yours too. I enjoyed reading about you on your profile. It was an unusual yet very interesting read. Can I ask you why you dislike Holden Caulfiled, though? Is it because his behaviours and way of thinking are difficult to grasp? Or is it because he's the main character of "The Catcher in the Rye", the book that devil man ( I don't want to write his name) was reading after he decided to take John (Lennon)'s life? Or is it for anoter reason? I don't like The Catcher in The Rye myself because I found it very hard to understand (given that its main character is insane) and also because this book is sadly assocated to John's last day.
Thank You For The Follow! :D
