Hey, this is Riley's sister.
I got her hand-me-down laptop this year and I was going through all her bookmarks when I found this account. I thought I'd make a quick little update for everyone who followed her and people who may have been concerned for her. unfortunately, in late 2020 she was diagnosed with bronchus cancer, and in late 2021 it became terminal. she died last year in May. I saw how popular some of her books were so I just thought I'd let you know that's why she hasn't been uploading. it was very difficult for her in the late stages of her cancer, but our family is doing well with the death - as well as you can do in situations like these. she wanted to be an author, and was in the process of writing her first novel when she passed away. it truly warms my heart to see that people supported and enjoyed her writing even if it was just on Wattpad.
