@gabreya Music, I can't live without it and can not dream to. But then again, my own personal experiences. No, never met the twins or went through anything of the sorts as my female characters do with the twins, lol. Each of my leading ladies have a piece of me in them. Like Life is one Sarcastic Dream, my mother chose a man over me, and hated me for the fact that my father wanted me in his life and not her, and because of that she would mistreat me, but lets not get into that. My sarcasm is very thick, and its only heightened from me being raised in a Jamaican household. If you are too, or have a friend that is Jamaican, you know we don't sugar anything and are very blunt.
Again, music can take you a long way. The type that speaks to you. If you find yourself crying while listening to music and writing, you know you're doing something right. You have to be okay with being vulnerable when writing. Don't be scared to dip into a moment in life that has left you scared mentally, because you write the best when bare.
