Jack & Lucy @edenae22 
          This was a fast moving story with a great couple in the lead. I love how the story switches between  Jack and Lucy’s perspective. I really enjoy getting a glimpse into both of their minds. I love how Jack just gets Lucy and helps her love & accept herself. He doesn’t ‘fix’ Lucy but gives her the confidence to be herself. I can’t wait to read other books by this author.

          This story was about a sensitive subject (suicide attempt, mental health) but told in a very compassionate way. Nico did a fabulous job of showing the struggle without trivializing it. I really liked how the main characters don’t just fix each other either, they bring out positives though. The story is still a love story with you rooting for them the whole way. I was glad my husband was sleeping while I read some parts because he would of been teasing me for crying  in more than one section. I really felt these characters. This was the first time I read anything by this author and was extremely impressed. I hope you enjoy this book too.

Juneau and Damian have a sweet story. Most of the story is very relatable as well. I do enjoy strong characters who are fleshed out well. I felt like there was some opportunities for drama that were not taken; however, not sure if they had been taken if it would if felt cliche then. Bowling Dreams & Cheap Wine by @EDuvallAuthor is a sweet romance story about a woman turning 40 and her friends. It is a quick read but definitely well thought out.  I believe the author wrote it for a contest. 
          
          The main character, Gwen, is relatable and makes some good choices and not so good choices, just like most people. Even though it is a shorter story, it has multiple layers. I really enjoyed reading it. Hope you like it too.

I absolutely freaking adore Devon and Maddox!!! They are my favorite couple that she has written about. The chemistry between these two is off the charts. However, this story isn’t just another pretty romance, it is a down & dirty, nitty gritty in your face kind of love affair between them. 
          
          I thought the first book about them was so well written and really brought me into their world. This second book lived up to my lofty expectations. I loved how closure for the different story arcs occurred. 
          
          I though I had my favorite couple in the Dare Series but now it is totally Devon and Maddox. Of course trying to choose a favorite story, couple, etc from this author is like trying to decide if we want a million dollars in tens or twenties.
