hi everyone! i sincerely apologize for the delay in updates for chase | ran haitani. i didn’t expect this story to gain this much attention, and i’m truly grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown. it really means a lot to me.
the reason i haven’t been publishing new chapters is because wattpad recently sent me a notice regarding the story. since this is a dark romance and contains sensitive themes, posting more chapters right now might worsen the situation while my appeal is still under review.
because of that, i decided it would be safer to pause updates first. i’m currently submitting the required appeal through wattpad’s help center and waiting for their response.
please don’t worry. it shouldn’t take that long. i’m still working on the chapters little by little while waiting, so the story isn’t abandoned.

i feel like posting on ao3 would be better bc they’re not as sensitive and that way you can freely write as you please. at least the darker stories. ao3 would at least be good as a backup plan

@zbbmmhv yeah I would be posting on AO3 for at least a back up. Wattpad is really weird about what and when it chooses to flag for guidelines. They're not consistent at all.
