If anyone is having trouble stopping just hang there. I've been using a rubber band for a month and its helped so much!!

I've been able to stop myself for the past 3 weeks or so..... In short I cut and and idk how much longer I can keep myself from doing it...... If you know anything that could help me, please.....  I really need to do this
