Tell yourself you love you. Because you try every day. You've been strong for too long. You've gotten up from bed when you didn't want to countless times. Break dow. Cry a little. You deserve to love yourself. Love your body. Because your body loves you a lot. Every time you bleed, it does its best to stop it from letting out more. When you break a bone, its doing its best to heal you. Its heart is constantly beating to pump blood through your veins so you can do things. Its lungs inhale and exhale every second of your life so you can breathe and have energy. Your body loves you. You should love it too. A lot of people love you. Don't hurt them like that. Don't do that to them. You're beautiful. Don't kill yourself.
