Hi everyone omg long time no see!!! I hope you are all doing fabulously. I've been absent for quite a while, but not for nothing, as I earned my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees, and I am currently on the hunt for lab positions before I fully dedicate my time to a PhD.
In terms of story-writing, I've had to shelve that, both because of lack of time as well as lack of trust in this app. As you might have seen, wattpad has removed Sinful and Voyeur with no explanation, and whenever I tried sending tickets appealing that decision I was only met with AI responses (also I despise AI); as such I have not been motivated enough to do anything on here because I just cannot live with the anxiety of my work being in a precarious state, safe in one moment and gone the next. You might have also seen that Sinful has been fully uploaded on Inkitt (user: holy.vixen) so you can read it on there. Sometimes I do find myself wishing I could sit down and write stories, but unfortunately I can't, I have had to trade that with writing papers, essays, theses, and so on, and honestly I love that quite a lot. But creating fictional stories is always on my mind, especially since academia is so rigid and not a huge fan of embellished prose :/.
In any case, while I figure myself out you can keep up with me on tiktok, my username is tesfayebby, I don't really post much anymore (though that might change) but I do be hitting that repost button a lot so you can tell what my state of mind is.
