After the hardest year of my life, I find myself at 14 years old and 74 kilograms. 

I feel ashamed admitting it to myself but there you go. Yes, I am big-boned but then there is everything else.  

If you are struggling with your weight I want you to know that there are others out there who understand what you are going through and may also be going through the same thing. 

Here is my journal. It contains my thoughts and experiences of being overweight.
