editors/graphic artists || someone who's good with aesthetics. not only do they do the editing (dividers, other things), they also find/make good templates. ultimate designers.
writers || someone who will take what the scouts have gathered and turn it into informational texts. each writer has their own segment in the news paper. ultimate writing prodigies.
skit writers || someone who will write skits, incorrect quotes, and memes for the newspaper. ultimate jokesters
