I feel completely drained out of energy, why am I like this

I want to be more active, but searching for a house, working full-time, spending time with loved ones and reading is taking so much time... I've the entire storyline for His Goal played out in my head, I just can't get it on paper... I'll keep trying guys! I promise.

Today is a hard day. It would be my grandma's birthday if she hadn't passed away all those years ago and there's no one who wants to talk to me, not even my closest people. I feel like complete shit, but I just got to accept it...
