i wanna help people, so I've been brainstorming through some of my ideas on how I can achieve that goal. I have come up with a Self-Care book(s?). I've done my research instead of homework, and have discovered how I am gonna do it,
Topics vary from, how do deal with; Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Self Harm, Depression, Schizophrenia, Nightmares, ect.
The thing is, should I make separate books on each topic? I feel like I would become more organized if I did so. And it would be a lot easier to update.
All I wanna do is help. I feel like I should be doing something good instead of just reading fanfics all day.
