Hey guys.
I'm sorry I've been so inactive, but there's good reason!
Long story short, I was heavily stalked across my social media platforms by an ex, and he took the passion I had for writing right out of me. I'm hoping to get back into it this summer.

@house_of_gia I'm seeing this super late and we don't know each other, but that's so scary and I hope you're safe and well! If you do get back to writing, I'll be very excited to read! You're very talented and it would be such a shame to let him take that from you, but I totally understand and respect that you have things to work through :) Losing your passion is tough, but I hope it comes back to you.

Hey, I absolutely love your story about Joker and Julie. I think you have a real understanding of Heath ledger’s joker and have done extraordinarily well. I see your earlier post about why your updates have been so spaced apart. And I wanted to make a suggestion.

I see far too many jokers stories that end up with the female character ending up being Harley Quinn duplicates. I would absolutely love to see Julie come to the understanding that she’s not going to get away from joker safely and her building a resistance. I don’t believe she is the 1617-year-old love struck teenager.

I believe she will come to the realization that even though there’s a small glimmers of Jack, there’s no way to un-twist the wickedness that Gotham has done to him. I would love for her to realize at some point. The best part of him is the child she ends up carrying, and she uses her skills from joker to steal from him probably hotwire, a car and a large amount of stolen bank money and get her behind out of Gotham. Quick visit to her sister only to be tracked down months later for Joker to realize why she left.

I know I've been AWOL for months, but I promise I haven't abandoned any of my stories!

I have a new one that I'll be publishing soon, but I have a chapter of Crime and Chaos halfway done, and I have the epilogue done for Spirited Clover... I just don't know what to write leading up to it haha

Thank you to those who have stuck by me, commenting, voting, and following. I appreciate you all, even if I'm inactive most of the time.

Hey there. Got any writing advice?

house_of_gia

Hi! I’m probably not the best for writing advice, but if you’re looking to write your own story, then I can give you a few tips :)

I’m not sure what kind of advice you’d like but I can give a general consensus on what I do.

            - What I usually do is write out a page of notes on a document for different types of scenes I want, then I implement them as a chapter
            - A lot of dialogue can help with your writing as it builds bonds within the characters you’re writing, and helps to set a scene
            - Make sure you know exactly what it is you want the chapter to be (I like to write a small paragraph of what I want in the chapter, doesn’t have to be long)

And that’s kind of all I have advice-wise! Hope this helps :)
