my sweet girl, i’ll love you until my last breath. even if i find that seattle apartment alone, even if my feet are the only feet dancing on the floors i’d hope we share, i’ll love you still. you hurt me sometimes, but that’s life. and everything you’ve done so far has been to protect me. therefore i will protect you until my faulty heart expires. you are my forever angel. nothing will change that. and i will wait until you’re ready. if i leave this earth before you’re ready, then we’ll meet again in our next life and live the life we’re meant to have.

it's so hard to not self-medicate when your house is filled with wine and anxiety medication.
          i want to drown in a river of cool water because i am scared of everything and scared of losing you to someone else. 
          so i feel incompetent and needy
          and i want you by me all the time.

you're on my shoulder, snoring, and your hands are clenched like you're a baby still. the fever in your head is raging as we rest together. we smell of vaporub and sickness but i like it because we're bonding. 
          
          my dear sister, may sleep give you peace. and even if it doesn't i'll be watching over you the entire time. bonne nuit.
