          There has been way too much drama and that's not what this is about! We as a wattpad community have seen too many hate accounts and right now, to be frank, many are bringing the same negativity. We'd like to set a reminder that this is a FAN event! We as admins have absolutely no control or right to tell fans who they can and cannot vote for. We understand the complaints but they should have came to us directly instead of publicly. We hope to have the contest up and running again soon, but until the negativity dies down the Awards are on hold. Sorry for the inconvenience and any other trouble that may arise from this! Too much drama is NEVER a good thing, and as stated in the Terms and Conditions will absolutely NOT be tolerated on this page.

Hello, first I'd like to say that this is great! A great way to discover new authors and stories. However I've noticed something. In nearly all the nominations, the user who I think is @kmbell92, has been nominated. She has around 36k followers and around 18 HP stories, all of which have an incredible amount of reads, 7k is the least, 2 million the most. I feel like this account and the awards are to promote stories, but that can't really be done if someone who is quite popular is in all the nominations. Don't get me wrong, she's an amazing author, but I want to discover new fics. So, maybe, you could find a way to even it out, my suggestions being either you can only nominate a person in two or three nominations, or just exclude the people who have an unfair advantage all together, perhaps someone can think of something better.
