Welcome to this account! 

I decided to have a mental health awareness account:
for teens to share their stories; to just give hope and light to my fellow Gen Zs.

As someone who has gone to a mental hospital, and as someone who saw all the other teens suffering from their mental health. I saw their scars, I saw their breakdowns. I may not relate to all of your stories but I know the pain of wanting to die every day, and the pain of having to take medication for anxiety and depression. I would never want anyone to go through the pain I have gone through and still am going through. Please, please, please do not give up.
