Hey guys! I want to talk about the men's behavior after the Olympics. I think the phone call was gross, I think the way they were all so excited to talk to HIM was disgusting, I think the way they handled themselves was appalling, and I think the way they cannot get the words "I'm sorry!" out of their mouths is beyond unacceptable. I am conflicted on where I stand with my fanfiction, and while I always say that the characters I write are not attached to the real people, I feel weird creating someone good out of someone who, in reality, is not great! I do not want to leave you guys with an unfinished story; I think that would hurt me more than anything else, but please allow me some time to really think this over. I am disappointed and disillusioned. I can't believe what's been going on in the past few days. I'm sorry, I don't want to leave you guys hanging, but I also can't continue without addressing the red hats on those boys' heads. Congrats to the women's team, they deserve all the support and love in the world! ALL MY LOVE, LOTTIE!

i completely understand where you’re coming from, and i feel the same way. what’s been happening these past few days is absolutely disgusting and honestly disappointing. to think such a great moment for team USA had to get ruined by HIM and HIS supporters (cough cough the team members) is just awful. i was actually happy for them until that video came out.
but please girl take as much time as you need, we’ll always be here no matter what!

honestly I still can’t believe any of that even happened. like knight said, it was a completely distasteful joke. for the men to go around and act all “buddy buddy” with the women is beyond two faced of them. their actions speak so loud and giving the runaround every time it’s mentioned shows how much they don’t really care about any of it. honestly in regards to the story, don’t feel obligated to finish it. I have a Luke story I started, but haven’t gotten around to updating it and I’m contemplating either unpublishing it completely or just discontinuing it (found out from twitter that he followed the granddaughter of he who shall not be named after the little visit). The women’s team truly deserves all the flowers and the goal that sealed the gold for them was truly a work of art! Wishing you all the best lottie and thank you for speaking on this.
