The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures, he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul, he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me, thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies, thou anointest my head with oil. My cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. And, I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. ††† Write "Amen" if you claim Protection by Jesus today. Click "Share" to bless your Friends with this Psalms 23.

“Over the last few weeks I’ve begun studying a passage of scripture that has really transformed the way I live my life. I believe so much in the power of this text, that I wish to share it in hopes that it will help you in your walk with God.
I want to open up and admit to you how crazy my life has been over the last few months. When I say crazy, I don’t mean bad…I just mean crazy.

There have been an incredible amount changes that all seem to be happening at once. And regardless of what I do to try slow things down, I feel like God is simply saying, “Just trust me.””

“You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.
          Psalm 139:16, NLT.

Did you know that God has already recorded every part of your life from the beginning to the end? He knows every disappointment, every loss, every challenge; and the good news is that with Christ, your story ends in victory! God has written out a plan to bless and prosper you. When you choose His plan, your final chapter concludes with you fulfilling your God-given destiny. Here’s the key: when you go through a disappointment, when you go through a loss, don’t stop on that page in your life. You’ve got to decide to keep moving forward. There’s another chapter in front of you, but you’ve got to be willing to take the next step.

Sometimes, we get so focused on what didn’t work out that we stay stuck, reliving the disappointment. If that’s you, recognize that you’ve been on that page long enough. It’s time to let it go and turn the page to the new chapter God has in store. You may not understand, it may not have been fair, but remember, the next chapter is full of blessing, full of favor, and full of victory! Make the decision to let go of the old so you can move forward into the abundant life God has in store for you!”

Psalm 23:1-4 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your Rod and Your Staff, they comfort me.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16, NKJ)

When God sent His Son to earth, He opened the door of salvation to whoever would believe. That means anyone can become a child of His and have everlasting life! Isn’t it good that He didn’t just come to save certain kinds of people? Aren’t you glad He doesn’t have a bunch of rules and conditions for salvation?

Before Jesus came, people had to observe many laws in order to be holy enough to go into God’s temple. They were constantly performing sacrifices to pay for their sins just so they could be around the presence of God. Even then, their sins were only covered up. They were still there. But when Jesus came, He was the final sacrifice. His blood doesn’t just cover our sins; it washes them away! Now, instead of going to the temple to be near God, the Bible says we are the temple, and He chooses to live inside of us!

“The call to holiness is the call to unearth the character of God through our lives. Yes, unearthing the Spirit of God within requires shaking bad habits and leaving some things behind. It requires some polishing, but this does not diminish our identity. It enhances it.”

This doesn’t have to do with just fear of failure, but anything keeping you from drawing close to God and loving others (which what we are called to do). We each are given unique talents to serve God with but fear, addiction, laziness, and other things could be holding us back. Don’t let those hold you back today. Remember Christ died to put those to death. Rely on God and ask the Holy Spirit to give you peace and strength. #Christ #god #love #free #live #life #littlethingsaboutgod
