OK guysies I am currently trying to figure out how to portray jason and do him justice
obviously during season four he is not a logical person, he doesn't want to see more evidence, he's planted in the idea that eddie killed chrissy and there's no third party source that did like sorcery on her while she was in eddie's trailer. jason is facing a lot of grief right now, a lot of anger, he never liked eddie but now eddie supposedly killed the girl he planned on spending the rest of his life with? jason couldn't rest until chrissy got justice, but of course chrissy was killed with cold hands - and jason didn't even recognize her body at the funeral. how could he not be blinded by a need for vengeance? it does NOT help jason WITNESSES eddie 'kill' patrick with some satanic curse and yet lucas is on eddie's side?!
but of course not all roleplays will be jason's manhunt, how do we think he would act yk like before vecna hits? from what I understand he holds patriotism for his school and town ( obviously, he's the captain of the basketball team ), he's also very caring ( affectionate towards chrissy, checks up on lucas during his first hangover ), he's popular ( duh ), prideful in yk - what he does. he's shown to be an asshole / judgemental towards stuff that isn't the norm ( dnd being seen as satanic, eddie being a freak ). I feel like jasons the type you would see making some inspirational, motivating speech, or like helping a grandma cross the street, like most of the town likes jason so it's deemed as surprising that he's a bully maybe
jason does not have family trauma, he was just raised to be the man of the house one day and probably raised by christian republicans let's be honest
jason also does not believe that eddie was dealing drugs to chrissy, she would never ever go in his trailer for drugs, ever ( im not sure if that was ever told to jason i cant remember ). he also thinks vengeance ( disguised as ' justice ' ) is what she would want.
