Honestly, the current state of the world is just... I have no words
I don't even know what to write anymore. I'm not as much in a writer's block as I am in this slump knowing that my life is screwed—everyone's life is screwed. You have all these billionaires and elites doing all the crimes known to man, politicians running amok and not a single protest, not a single disturbance, and seeing this makes you realize that all your efforts toward life is useless. I'm like... I have so many plans, I want to study hard, and I want to graduate, I'm literally in my last year, I'm going to start working on my thesis by this year, and for what? To die before I can even do anything? I want to get a scholarship and make my father proud and then move out and maybe meet someone nice and get married, I literally have so many dreams for myself and my family and my friends
And where are we? At the cusp of a war. Old men who have already lived out their lives are ruining mine, because they want MORE. MORE OF EVERYTHING

I just want you all to be safe. I want you all to take care of yourself. I'm not suicidal nor do I have any mental issues, so don't worry about me by reading this message. But please, just... tell me I'm not the only one feeling like this.

As much as it hurts to see all this written, I do hope that you are all holding together. Honestly I’m not really that close to any major crises but it still scares and angers me. People often think of me as this super kind and calm person but it makes my blood boil each time I’m faced with a select few’s greed. They’re in power and their actions ruining lives, TAKING lives. It’s everywhere and eventually, no one will be able to say that it’s not “their problem”.
I also have dreams and goals, but at the rate we’re going I don’t know if they’ll still be an option. I wish you will all be able to achieve yours and for everyone’s sake I hope changes are made, and soon.

@hydrangea_-_- thanks, it was certainly a horrible experience, but we fled before the worst caught up to us. Alot happens everyday, and we can only hope at least a ceasefire happens. Thankfully tho, in my city, the situation is rather stable and it's less of a bloody battlefield and more of the inhabited place it was. It's very much damning, but the efforts the people were making were perhaps not that fruitless, even some schools and colleges are back up now. Hopefully it doesn't become any worse, but nothing is certain with those lunatics acting like some righteous saints when all we really want is for them to get lost. Sadly, it's a long chain of rot that goes back even to the 70s.
