@hyucks_sunflower I would feel sad too.. I would say think why are you studying.. Like you wanna get rich or help people or maybe attend concert!! Or just read some good fan fictions! I swear it helps. It helps you to divert your brain and think ( especially if it has many twists and turns  )  . Divide your study hour with entertainment. Like if you complete your to do list you get to read 2 chapters. That's how you force your brain to focus!

@hyucks_sunflower my best advice is just to cry and be honest to how you feel. and tell yourself GOOD things you want to hear repeatedly because your body reacts to what its used to!! i went thru that when i tried to be more than friends with my ex boy bsf :/ i hope you feel better soon though :(( sending virtual hugs <33
