80% of your weight loss is in your diet. portion control is necessary, but don't undereat because you're probably going to end up binging. two meals a day and meat at least four times a week and also a lot of soups, it's also very good for your gut health. about exercise, you need to be active, you can't bedrot and expect fast results. of course diet really helps, but by also exercising, the results will show much much faster. I really recommend doing pilates workouts at home, because they're low impact and really help you sculpt and tone your body and also gives you more energy, helps with posture, endurance, and flexibility. also try to get at least 7k-10k steps daily to keep your body active. you don't really have to leave the house for that, I've been doing steps on my balcony for like a month now and when I went out with my friend, she literally couldn't stop complaining about her sore muscles because she couldn't keep up with me and because of how fast I could walk for a very long amount of time. that's pretty much it, hope this helped and I hope you'll achieve your goal ❤️
