Ik im not being left out so why do i hate when my friends are all in a vc and i can’t be there? Why do I have one specific person in the group that I like the most? Why am I like this?

Damn it’s been a while since I’ve given my children a life update but here we go!! 
          
          It’s been shit. Like actual shit. I didn’t make my old team, I didn’t make another team and my mom, without my knowledge, contacted another coach to try me out for and now I have to go to their practice tmr. Like i don’t even know if I want to do soccer anymore. I’ve found a group that I really like (except this one girl who pmo) which is the cover group I mentioned earlier. Anyways besides that I js haven’t been the happiest lately and don’t know what to do. I legit trauma dumped on one of the ppl in the group and felt bad for doing so. Oh and then also I cursed out this little nine year old and called her and her sister a cvnt on discord. Not my proudest moment and honestly that scared me that I lost control of my anger again. I thought I had gotten better. Ik that one of my irl friends will prob see this but idc at this point. I’m scared. I lost control of my anger again. I don’t want to be sent away. I don’t want to be threatened with a mental hospital again. I don’t want to have my ‘episodes’ again. I don’t want to run away or storm out of the house again. I don’t want to be verbally and physically violent again. I don’t want to hurt anyone or myself again.
