It's almost 1 am and I'm having a breakdown even though my day went well because memories of my mental trauma kicked in but hey let's forget rbat how y'all doing?

@devimega_ no it’s fine. But thanks. I’ve talked to the school psychologist and she said I need actual therapy and when I told my mom she said I’m too young to need therapy. I dunno what’s worst the fact my mom says I’m too young for therapy or the fact she just shrugged off that I said out loud I’m struggling mentally..

Wanna convince my parents to get me to at least one therapy session or something like this any recommendation on how to ask them?
(Cuz I don't want to tell them that they're one of the reasons I need therapy and they won't believe me when I tell them that I suffer from mental illnesses lol)

@applejellybacon thanks for the tip… but I don’t think they would take me serious lol… but when all strings are ripping I can still go to the school psychologist…. Or the “trust teacher” (I got her number lol) but thanks for the tipp :D
