okay UHHH recently my mental health has gotten worse and everything is starting to feel like I'm in a dream??? Everything doesn't feel real not even my kittens and I begin to have an urge to do something ( TW sh ) that might hurt me so that I can feel some form of reality but I'm shit scared of feeling pain yet if I don't do smt I'm even more terrified of doing smt worse
I now live in a different city compared to my close friends and I'm a very physical person yet HATE being physical with my family bc it makes me extremely uncomfortable so not leaving the house (as I do online school) and not interacting with friends makes this feeling so much worse
I don't know what to do it's actually freaking me out and to think I was completely fine almost three weeks ago

@CinnamqnElly I do have adhd yeah but it hasn't been officially diagnosed yet Also I have no idea how to cook and unfortunately don't have baking things atm :( BUT ig I'll read bc I'm extremely bored rn and have nth to do
@i_3_n_9 oh do you have adhd you don’t have to answer. For me personally it helps to do something productive like writing or painting and spending my time with something OH cooking cooking is great like just put on some music and cook some spaghetti that’s literally the easiest thing on earth to cook you could also bake and dance a lil in the kitchen maybe watch a movie call a friend draw something

I fell asleep yesterday bc I was tired asf and I forgot to close my window and now one of them is missing and I think the fucker jumped out of my damn window
Mind u I'm EXTREMELY worried bc it's cold as fuck and I woke up at 2am then went to look outside for her when I realised she isn't in my room (it was 8°C) and now it's half past 8 and I cannot find her for the life of me
I'm praying she's somewhere in the house even tho that's impossible bc my door was closed so I'm hoping we can sent out a notice to the neighbourhood in this farm area to look out for a baby tortoise shell kitten

Also irrelevant and I don't think any of u guys gaf BUT I went to the doctor yesterday bc I have intense chest pain from anxiety where I can't breathe anyway he asked my questions abt my mental health and shit like that and then he gave me anti depressant and anti anxiety pills that I need to take for a while and I had to go get my blood tested bc I might be anaemic so I'm getting those results in a few days
