          sadly I was recently scammed by someone and was looking for some help.
          
          I am a first gen latina student and going to school is super important to me. But sadly I wont be able to attend school without some help. I was recently scammed by someone who I sold some furniture to. I sold them two items for $300. They lived far away so they told me they were sending movers to pick up the items so they also sent me money to pay them. The check was 1,950$. I deposited it. I zelled the movers their pay because they claimed they didnt have zelle. The day of scheduled pick up no one showed. The buyer told me some bullshit reason he couldnt purchase anymore and asked for a refund. Okay sure. I sent him 300 back. Now all the money he sent me is gone. Oh well. Today I got a notification that the check was taken back which i  didnt even know was possible. But because I had already “payed the movers” and sent him his money back the money that was taken back was all my own. Money i was saving up to go to school in the fall. My bank cant do anything about it, and after some research I found out this guy scams people across the country. I found reddit posts about him.
