@I_love_dying lots and lots and lots of water(it’ll make you less hungry), try to start a hobby that is physical (skateboarding, soccer, volleyball etc), try to do simple exercises(planks, jump rope, crunches etc) every day then start more rigorous ones when the simple ones get easy, try to go out side at least 15 minutes a day, FIND SOMEONE/THING TO KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE, find food that you really like but is healthy (fruit, eggs, homecooked food), EAT SLOWLY YOU WILL GET FULL FASTER,
