@Lolyalways Food/Fruit that contains iron... Like dry fruits, raspberries, strawberries, coconut and in case your Haemoglobin is low too, you MUST take Pomegranate or Banana.. It's not that hard if it's minimal.. so you can try.. I will get some better suggestions from my elder sister okay?
