          	Hey guys I just wanted to say a couple of things but first 
          	
          	life update!! (You guys update me too I’m sure I’ve missed a lot!)
          	
          	Currently in college (which is insane!!) I’m studying architecture in the faculty of fine arts, which was rather unexpected I thought I was going to study animation and graphic design but my mom convinced me architecture was the better choice 
          	
          	It’s been fun so far tho!!
          	
          	Life is hectic and I don’t know if I’ll have much time for this app anymore
          	Just wanted to say that you all mean a lot to me and some of you helped me a lot with going through my highschool years without even noticing, although there aren’t many of you some of you I’ll genuinely never forget
          	
          	This sounds like a goodbye but I promise I’ll try and log in from time to time just to see how everyone is doing 
          	
          	Just wanted to say thank you <3

I have an anxiety disorder and my mom KNOWS. So why the fuck would she make me stay home alone later today while a group of men fix the fucking air conditioning. And I’m already anxious about my final in two days, I don’t need more anxiety. 
          
          Sorry for venting on here, I just know no one is going to take my frustration seriously because they don’t have anxiety and they don’t understand that the idea of staying home alone with 4 adult men is FUELING my anxiety.

@iamnotanalienn i hate that feeling so much!!! when you're so anxious about something but others can't understand why you're feeling that way and sometimes it feels invalidating :( anyways i'm glad things worked out fine (or as fine as it can get) for you!

@wh4twh0wh3n hey thank you so much for this! Sorry I didn’t see this because I was studying (and because I was with the air conditioning guys in the morning lol) 
            
            I did tell her that it makes me really anxious but I honestly get the fact that she doesn’t really understand why something that’s normal for her would shake me up me so much, I was just so frustrated and anxious in the morning that I couldn’t really see her point of view at the time. Although she does know I have an anxiety disorder so maybe she should’ve at least pretended to understand my fear- idk
            
            And honestly idk how it happened but the guys came SUPER late (like really really late) and my mom was already home by that time so I wasn’t alone, which is like, total relief for me. 
            
            Anyway thank you so much for your wishes and I’m feeling a lot better rn!! (Well not that much better because I still have that final and I’ve already had a panic attack about that but I’ll take what I can get!!LMAO )

          My last exam is on Saturday. Literally CANNOT wait.

I think what hurts more than deliberate homophobia is casual homophobia. 
          
          I was watching tv the other day and they were talking abt how “the gays are taking over our children’s minds bla bla bla” 
          
          and throughout this entire conversation they only used the Arabic slur for the word gay. Not once did they use the proper term. And what hurts is I’m just sitting there while my entire family is agreeing (including my mom who KNOWS I’m queer)
