Things that inspire Omari are his friends and family. These people are his biggest inspiration because of their outlook on life, and how willing they are to stand up for what they believe in whether or not he agrees or disagrees with them. Another inspiration of his would be fantasy books because of how they expand people's imagination, and how they can make the reader feel as if they are part of something bigger than themselves. Lastly, music is a big inspiration to him because of the stories the artist convey behind the song. Omari believes that music is one of the few keys to the soul because any emotion can be displaced within a song, even if the song has no explainable emotion.
          Currently Omari is working on a novel called Nuzuri, which is based in ancient Egypt and set around a group of characters that will soon discover where they are actually from. This group of young adults will have abilities based around their aspect of the universe, whether that be temptation, manipulation, or death. He is hoping the audience will sympathize and build a connection with the character throughout the book, through their hard times, romantic trials and even through their losses.
            Omari's writing style mostly contains aspects of people he is close to in real life. He likes to add suspense and reveal many things through riddles and hidden words to add more of a complexity behind the characters. He feels as the characters should show a great amount of character development, whether that be through emotions, appearance, or mentally. He likes for characters to be completely fleshed out. Realizing their failures and mistakes, or with other characters, having them change a tiny aspect of their story because they are already being well rounded. Lastly Omari's writing style is really catered to how he would personally feel about the character and their actions, making it easier for him to relate to them.
