" they mumbled in response , falling silent as they listened to him . they nodded along as he spoke , showing they were listening as they did so . kei osamu turned his head, his expression that of being slight bewilderment. “huh? oh.. thank you, nakano. that means a lot to me.” he replied quietly, his eyes twinkling. “uh.. y’know the water hashira, giyuu tomioka? we went to the same final selection. after that.. he helped me come up with forms for ice breathing, which derives from water breathing.” he explained softly, sheepishly almost.
