alright some general tips for writing:
actually have a plot. choose a destination, like where u want to end up, but DON'T RUSH. if everything you're writing is fluff, it won't be interesting.
GRAMMAR. AND PARAGRAPHS. it's hard to read a huge block of text. use paragraphs to separate ideas.
and grammar is COMPLETELY VERY important. if you don't have good grammar, you're story will suck as well. But based on your comment, your grammar is actually decent, compared to many many people, lol.
Character development: make sure your characters are interesting, have flaws, and are well-rounded. Aphmau's characters were never very... 3D. Like they're all too 'stereotypical,' in a way, do you know what I mean? It's good, but everything is unrealistic to the point where it's almost irritatingly unrealistic.
I love her series and everything, but I decided to change the character of several of her OCs.
fLAWS. As in, put them in your characters to affect other characters, etc.
and as in
dont have them in your plot. that wouldn't be good.
the final tip is
if u get bored with mystreet, (I have), don't bother forcing yourself to write. i don't think im going to write any more Aphmau fanfics, because... I'm not rlly into it anymore. it was good at first, but got a bit overdone.
im not trying to insult her, i do really appreciate all the work she puts into it, but it's just not my thing anymore.
i'm probably not gonna write much more on this account, but i might update once in a while.
see, i don't really like the series as much.
basically what i am saying is - if you don't want to write something, don't force it. it won't sound sincere.
